SPOILER ALERT: Groot survives at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy.
GOTG is easily my favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe Film thus far. While I don't have a single comic book with Groot as a star or even costar (that I know of), he was a fun character to enjoy in the movie.
So it was nice to see he survived the events of the final battle with whatshisname.
